Incorrect Photo-Size Information

If you believe a size, pixel conversion, ratio or other technical detail is incorrect, include:

Outdated Official Requirement

Before Reporting a Tool Problem

Is the Image Format Supported?

The current tool supports:

Is the Requested Output Extremely Large?

Very large pixel dimensions or DPI values can exceed reliable browser-processing limits.

Try a smaller output size if the browser cannot create the image.

Are You Using the Correct Unit?

The tool supports:

• mm
• cm
• inches
• pixels

Make sure the width and height match the unit you selected.

Are You Using a Very Small KB Target?

A large image may not be able to reach an extremely small JPG file size without excessive compression.

The tool warns when it cannot reach the selected target within its supported quality range.

Is the Tool Script Running?

On WordPress, some security or optimisation settings can interfere with JavaScript.

If the interface appears but image processing does not work, this may be a technical website issue rather than a problem with your photo.
