Why We Show the Pixel Calculation

JPG Compression

Online forms often set maximum file-size limits.

The current tool can try to compress JPG output towards a selected maximum such as:

• 20 KB
• custom KB

The tool adjusts JPEG quality while preserving the selected output dimensions.

If a very small target cannot be reached within the tool’s supported quality range, the tool warns the user instead of claiming that the target was achieved.

PNG output is not processed through the JPG target-KB compressor.
